OZVEN for Builders Privacy Policy

OZVEN for Builders is an app for one builder to keep business and home money in one book: projects, plots, workers, suppliers, contractors, investors and household spending. This page says what the app keeps, why, and how you delete it.

What OZVEN keeps

• Your account: your email address and name.
• Your book: business name, money accounts, entries (amount, category, account, note, date, Home or Business), plots and buildings, bills, fixed jobs, attendance and investor shares.
• People you add: their name, phone number if you add it, their role and what is due.
• Photos you add to a plot or building.
• What you ask the assistant, in text or as a voice note, and its replies.

OZVEN does not read your phone contacts, your messages or your location. The fingerprint or face lock is checked on your phone only.

How it is used

• To keep your book in sync between your phone and the OZVEN server.
• To send sign-in codes and the reports you ask for by email.
• To send reminders you turn on, as phone notifications.
• To answer the assistant: what you ask is sent to an AI service only to work out the reply.

OZVEN does not sell, rent or share your data for advertising, and shows no ads.

Who else handles it

• The OZVEN server, which stores your book.
• Trusted services that run parts of OZVEN for us: storing your photos, delivering notifications, sending emails, and answering the assistant.
• They use your data only to do that job, never for their own purposes or for advertising.

Your data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Deleting your data

In the app: Settings | Account and sync | Delete account. Your account and your whole book are deleted, and this cannot be undone. Without the app, use the delete account page with the email you sign in with.

A single entry, person or property you delete in the app is kept only as a cancelled record so balances stay correct. Ask us and we remove it completely.

Children

OZVEN is made for adults running a business and is not meant for children.
